  • Actually, the reset function is not needed. In MSW, ensure management is set to cloud. Then in WNM go to Settings in the lower left-hand menu, click on General and the hit the "Start Syncing" button. This will force WNM to go out to MSW and update. The switch will show up as available for addition to WNM after that. Hope…
